Booking Terms and Conditions

Conditions

1.1. Members will be charged for a session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class.

1.2. Members must sign in at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time. Failure to do this may result in the member not being admitted into the class or your place may be given away.

1.3. Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

1.4. Teacher occasionally change at short notice; no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies.

1.5. Expiry date for six session course are 90 days.

Bookings & Cancellations

2.1 A Member may book or reschedule sessions for themselves via their personal booking facility at www.seryogi.co.uk or direct contact Maria by phone or email.

2.2 Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis. A Member may use the waiting list in the event that his first choice session is unavailable. If a Member joins the waiting list for a particular session and then books that session his booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in the usual way.

2.3 In order for private sessions to be booked in, we require a 50% deposit payable by bank transfer. The deposit will be taken if you’ve not given us the minimum 24 hours cancellation.
